On EASi’s login page there is a “Forgot Password” option. When the user clicks on this option a new page will appear and the user will be required to provide the email associated with the account.

As an additional safety measure, the user will also need to repeat the information displayed in the captcha. Once this is completed, the user will be required to click on the “Send new password” button. This will send the new password to the associated email account and the user can then log on to the platform using the new password.
