A certificate will be generated for the registration, or renewal of registration of Broker-Dealers, Investment Advisers (Individual and Corporate), Underwriters, Self-Regulatory Organisations and Reporting Issuers. Certificates will also be generated where Reporting Issuers submit their annual Revised Registration Statements.

Certificates will not be generated when current Registrants are “Onboarded” (see FAQ 20) to EASi.
