FiscalAny 12-month period that a company uses for its accounting records. The year does not have to start on January 1.
Fixed depositAn account that you deposit money into but you can only withdraw after a specific period of time.
Fixed income securityA type security that provides fixed interest payments.
Fixed-rate bondA bond with an interest rate that remains constant or fixed for the life of the bond
Floating-rate bondA bond with an interest rate that moves in tandem with some benchmark interest rate or reference rate. The interest rate is typically adjusted every six months.
FundA sum of money collected from investors that is allocated for a specific purpose.
FuturesAn agreement to buy or sell an asset or commodity at a set price at a specified time in future.
