The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (“the Commission”) advises members of the public, of the re-issue of the Draft Portfolio Manager By-Laws (“Draft Portfolio Manager By-Laws, 2021”) for public comment. Â These By-Laws are being proposed under section 148(1)(b) of the Securities Act, Chap. 83:02 of the Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
