is registered with the Commission, under the Securities Industry Act, 1995, (the “Act”), and accordingly, none of these persons is authorised to carry on, in Trinidad and Tobago, any form of securities business for which registration under the Act is required.
The Commission is aware that Incorporated Traders Limited has been holding itself out, on its internet website, as a provider of “discount brokerage services” and holding out Incorporated Traders Holding Corporation as a “pioneer in the online brokerage industry”.
