The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (“the Commission”) advises that
the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago has published two standalone national
risk assessments: the Proliferation Financing Risk Assessment (“PFRA”) and ML/TF Virtual
Assets and Virtual Asset Service Providers Risk Assessment.
