The Commission proposes to issue these Amendments to the draft Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (“the Commission”) Collective Investment Schemes By-Laws (“the Draft CIS By-Laws”) which are intended to replace the Collective Investment Scheme Guidelines issued by the Commission in 2008.
The Draft CIS By-Laws issued in August 2019 were revised and an updated Draft as at 29th May 2020.
