The TTSECÂ advises interested parties that it has received an Application for a De-listing Order, from the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited, in relation to the ordinary shares of Flavorite Foods Limited (“FFL”). Members of the public are therefore asked to contact the Commission’s Officer – Ms. Janine Carrera – on or before May 9, 2016, should you have any concerns or queries in relation to the Exchange’s request to de-list FFL. The Public Notice published by FFL, in the Trinidad Express and Trinidad Newsday newspapers, is attached for reference.
