The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (“TTSEC”) is issuing this advisory to alert the public about an investment opportunity being promoted online which is not registered under the Securities Act, Chapter 83:02 of the Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (“the Securities Act”) and which may pose significant risk to investors.
TTSEC is aware of certain recent investment promotional activity circulating on social media platforms relating to an investment project called “Forever Wealth Project”, including on TikTok (@foreverwealthproject) and Telegram (@ForeverWealthProject). There, the promoter invites members of the public to contribute funds to the project to trade same on their behalf with claims of unusually high returns in a short period of time based on contributions.
TTSEC notes that the promoter of @foreverwealthproject bears a facial profile and appearance similar to an individual previously associated with promoting the entity known as Trillions Systems Limited or “Trillions” which has been the subject of a prior public advisory issued by TTSEC.
