Public Consultation- Amendments to Securities (General) Bye-Laws and CIS Bye-Laws

The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (“the Commission”) proposes to issue an amendment to the Schedule 1 of the Securities (General) By-Laws 2015 and Schedule 1 of the Securities (Collective Investment Schemes) Bye-Laws 2023 (“the Fee Schedules”).

The amendments to the Fee Schedules seek to adjust fees that allows the Commission the capabilities to discharge its functions under Section 6 of the Securities Act 2012 (“the Act”).

The Commission hereby provides notice that the draft Fee Schedules are now available for public comment. This amendment is being proposed under section 148 of the Securities Act, Chapter 83:02 of the Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
