Newly appointed Chairman of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Ms. Deborah Thomas-Felix was formally introduced to stakeholders from the securities industry at a breakfast meeting held on February 4th 2010 at the Hyatt Regency.
