Ms. Francis is a practicing attorney in the field of Civil, Criminal, Family and Succession and has appeared in several matters before the Court of Appeal. She is an associate tutor at the Hugh Wooding Law School and serves as Corporate Secretary at a private construction company.
Ms. Francis holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL B) Degree from the University of the West Indies, a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Hugh Wooding Law School and a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from The University of the West Indies.
Ms. Francis was appointed as Commissioner on November 24th, 2023, for a term of three years. This will be her second appointment as a Commissioner.
