On the 19th day of January 2009 the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange (“the Stock Exchange”) deemed to be duly registered as a Self-Regulatory Organization under section 34 of the Securities Industry Act, 1995 (“the SIA”) filed for a proposed new rule under section 6 of the Stock Exchange Rules
