The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (“TTSEC”) would like to express our gratitude to all stakeholders for their invaluable contributions made during the first and second round of public consultation on the Draft Risk Based Capital Adequacy and Liquidity (“RBCAL”) Bye-Laws. On receipt of feedback, the TTSEC compiled responses to the comments and queries, as well as revised the Draft RBCAL Bye-Laws to incorporate some of the amendments proposed by stakeholders
