In an effort to bring clarity and certainty to the regulation of the Securities Market following the passage of the Securities Act 2012, the Trinidad & Tobago Securities Exchange Commission (TTSEC) wishes to engage its registrants in discussing various aspects of the Act. The first of these sessions was held on January 8, 2014. The TTSEC now wishes to address the subjects of “Material Change Reporting” and the “Registration Procedures”.
