The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission has published its Guidelines for the Tax Information Exchange Agreement (United States of America) Act, 2017 which takes effect from November 1, 2022. These Guidelines were developed in accordance with section 146 of the Securities Act, Chapter 83:02 after consultation with the market.
