Persons and Entities Not Registered with TTSEC
The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (“TTSEC”) is the regulator for the securities industry in Trinidad and Tobago.
As part of its mandate to educate the public on the securities industry, we issue this Public Notice (“Notice”) to provide investors with essential information for identifying whether an entity or individual which they are considering investing in might be unregistered.
The TTSEC wishes to bring to the attention of the general public that the following list of persons and entities are NOT registered with the TTSEC.
