Securities (General) By-Laws 2014 LRC approved
On May 12, 2014 the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (\”the Commission\”) through its Pre Hearing Conference Panel constituted under Rules made in accordance with section 21 of the Securities Act 2012 made the following order.
TAKE NOTICE that the Trinidad and Tobago Securities And Exchange Commission will convene a hearing to consider an application by the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange for de-listing FNCU Venture Capital Company Limited in accordance with section 45 (1) of the Securities Act 2012.
