TAKE NOTICE that the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (\”the Commission\”) will hold a hearing pursuant to section 134 of the Securities Industry Act, 1995 (\”the Act\”), at the offices of the Commission, 57-59 Dundonald Street, Port of Spain on September 21, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. or so soon thereafter as the hearing can be held.

TTSE Bond Trading Rules

The Trading Rules provide for the basic principles and terms of trading in Government of Trinidad and Tobago bonds. These rules form an integral part of a number of related rules, namely the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Rules, which cover dealing over the Exchange, the Horizon Trading Rules and the Operating Rules for the GSS and RTGS systems, for auction and settlement of GORTT bonds.

The Stock Exchange Government Bond Trading Rules have been developed in conjunction with the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago (CBTT) and the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (the Exchange), in collaboration with the market actors, to support the proposed electronic trading of Bonds issued by the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, on the Horizon Trading Platform of the Exchange.
